We are a family run restaurant, as such,
we get many of our ingredients from our extended family
in Oaxaca; we strive for organic and GMO free.
When using local ingredients, we aim for the same.
We believe quality ingredients produce greater flavor and spice.

1. Tortilla Chips
Prepared to order and served with:
Salsas and Pico, Pinto Beans,
hand-made Guacamole

2. Chapulines (Limited Availability)
Sauteed with Garlic, Chile de árbol, and Lime juice.

3. Coctel de Camarones
A refreshing starter of poached prawns served
in the savory estilo Mazatlán.

4. Ceviche de Pescado
Pacific Halibut in hand-squeezed lime juice, tossed with tomato,
cilantro, onions, cucumber, carrots, and garnished with
avocado and chipotle aioli. Served with freshly made chips.

5. Molotes
A popular Oaxacan street antojito consisting of a rich
Chorizo and potato filling that's wrapped in corn masa and fried.
Served on hydroponic lettuce leaves and garnished with dos salsas and Queso fresco. Two.

6. Gorditas
Thick handmade corn tortillas with a hint of butter, Pinto beans,
Queso fresco, shredded cabbage, avocados, and garnished with red salsa and Mexican Cream. Three.

7. Quesadillas
Your choice of a large handmade flour or corn tortilla filled with melted cheese
and your choice of meat; served with sides of Mexican Cream and Guacamole.
Meat choices: Asada, Pollo, Pastor, Chorizo, or our Vegetarian option of the day.

10. Ensaladita de Nopal
A rustic Cactus Heart salad with red onions, tomatoes, jalapeños,
avocado slices, Queso Fresco, and freshly squeezed lime juice.

11. Ceviche de Mango Verde
Fresh crunchy Mango slices tossed with organic tomato,
red onions, red pepper, cilantro, and hand squeezed lime and orange juice.

12. Frijoles de Olla con Nopal
Black beans and Cactus Heart cooked in a clay pot
with Epazote and Chile Puya, garnished with Queso Fresco and fresh Pico.

13. Tostadas Vegetarianas
Homemade crispy tortillas layered with frijol molido and Queso fresco;
topped with hydroponic lettuce, pico, avocados, and garnished
with salsa roja and Mexican cream. Three.

14. Tacos de Calabazita
Mexican Squash, Onion, Jalapeño, and Tomato guiso in fresh handmade tortillas;
garnished with Queso Fresco and Crema Mexicana. Three.

15. Tacos de Rajas con Crema
Fresh Bell Pepper and Elote dulce in a salsa blanca with caramelized onions,
garnished with Queso Fresco and Salsa Roja. Three.

16. Tacos Dorados de Papa y Queso
Crispy corn tortilla tacos stuffed with potatoes and cheese, garnished with salsa roja,
cabbage, Queso Fresco, and Crema Mexicana. Two.

17. Chile Relleno (Available Weekends)
A roasted Poblano chile stuffed with cheese, battered with a fluffy egg corn and
flour corteza that’s lightly crispy. The chile is then smothered with a mild tomato-jalapeño sauce
and served with Frijoles de Olla con Nopal. Comes with two tortillas.

and come with cilantro, onions, red salsa, and a side of frijoles. Three tacos per order.

20. Tacos de Asada
Prime Angus Grilled Skirt Steak.

Marinated Pork and Fresh Pineapple.

22. Tacos de Pollo
Grilled Chicken breast.

23. Taquitos de Pollo
Rolled up, crispy chicken taquitos served in a bed of frijol molido,
garnished with guacamole, pico, Queso fresco, red salsa, and Mexican cream. Two.

24. Tacos estilo Baja
Your choice of grilled Pacific Halibut or Sauteed Shrimp.
Served with shredded cabbage, pico, shaved carrots, avocado, and chipotle aioli. Three.

25. Gringas
In México, we call our Americanized tacos “Gringas” because they
are served with Flour tortillas, Melted Cheese, and Cream.
Handmade flour tortillas with melted cheese, cilantro, pico, salsa de aguacate,
Mexican Cream, and your choice of meat: Asada, Pastor, Pollo, or Chorizo.

30. Caldo del Día
A traditional caldo with vegetables, served with a platito of condiments and tortillas.
We alternate between: Beef, Chicken, and Seafood.

31. Pozole Rojo de Puerco
Pedazos of slow cooked pork in a red hominy guiso, accompanied by
traditional condiments and fresh tortilla chips on the side.

32. Tamales de Pollo (Available Weekends)
Fresh masa, Red Mixtec mole and Chicken, wrapped in corn husks.
Served with rice and pinto beans.

33. Tamales Verdes de Puerco (Available Weekends)
Shredded pork in salsa verde and fresh masa wrapped in banana leaves.
Served with rice and pinto beans.

34. Mole Rojo Ñu-Cava
A Ñu-Cava specialty; Spicy Red Mixtec Mole served with Chicken, Rice, and Tortillas.

35. Mole Negro Oaxaqueño
A delicacy of the Merced Market: Sweet and Spicy. Served with Pork Ribs, Rice, and Tortillas.

36. Costillas de Puerco en Salsa Verde
Pork ribs in a zesty tomatillo sauce served with rice, pinto beans, and tortillas.

37. Entomatadas / Enfrijoladas
Three handmade tortillas smothered in zesty tomato jus or frijol molido,
served with a side of grilled skirt steak, and garnished with hydroponic lettuce,
onion slices, Queso fresco, and Mexican cream.

38. Enchiladas Verdes con Pollo
Shredded chicken in corn tortillas smothered in a zavory tomatillo sauce and
garnished with hydroponic lettuce, onions, Queso fresco, and crema Mexicana.
Served with pinto beans and rice.

39. Barbacoa de Cabrito (Available Weekends)
Spicy stewed goat served with a rustic hand-made masa, ensaladita, and homemade tortillas.

40. Bistec en Salsa de Tomate
Thinly sliced steak cooked with tomatoes, onions, and green peppers.
Served with red rice, pinto beans, and tortillas.

41. Plato de Carne Asada
Thin sliced Prime Angus beef steak, served with red rice, black beans, pico de gallo,
chile frito, a sauteed cebollita, avocado slices, and tortillas.

42. Tlayuda
A Oaxacan market favorite. We fy the extra large crispy tortilla (14+ inches)
from Oaxaca and spread an authentic pork asiento on it, frijol molido, Oaxacan stringy cheese,
shredded cabbage, drizzle tres salsas, and garnish it with avocado and tomato slices.
Two pieces of grilled skirt steak and chorizo come on top. Muy Grande! Muy Messy!
Sometimes enough for two people.

All our beans are garnished with salsa verde, salsa roja, Queso fresco, and Mexican cream.

50. Flan de Queso
The traditional Mexican custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top,
ours is made daily with a hint of cream cheese.

51. Platanos Fritos
Fried plantain slices with a hint of butter, garnished with Lechera and
homemade blackberry marmalade. Served with Vanilla Ice cream.
